I have enjoyed creating this first recipe book. It contains the most asked for recipes by guests over the years we have been open-but by far, it is not the complete portfolio!
If you have stayed, then you will know that I am passionate about food, and providing only the best of produce to my lovely guests. It’s important to me to know what I am feeding my guests, and I am a staunch supporter of real food.
I am also on a personal food journey, being gluten, dairy and sugar free and so I have the utmost respect for anyone on their own voyage.
For me, I make everything I can ‘free from’ and for those people who do not need to be so restrictive, then I have fantastic options here too. If I can make something delicious without gluten, dairy or sugar and no one realise, then that’s the way I choose to go.
My gluten free sausage rolls are FAR better than any other sausage roll I have ever tried. In fact, before I made my recipe sausage rolls, I didn’t even like sausage rolls!
